  • The original receipt, clearly displaying the ITEM'S NAME and the DATE of purchase.

Screen Protection Warranty Form Procedure:

  • Complete the Screen Protection claim form
  • On completion, you will be redirected to 'warranty replacement' page
  • Select your phone model from the drop-down menu
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Pay the shipping and handling fee of $9.99 plus tax
  • You will receive the order confirmation and the delivery status once the payment is received

Other Accessories Warranty Form Procedure:

  • Complete the other accessories claim form
  • Mail the defective product to our address:

  • On receiving the defective product, we will ship the replacement and confirm via email.

WARRANTY POLICIES:

Warranty Policy for Screen Protection

  • We are happy to share that now we are providing limited lifetime manufacturer warranty on all our screen protectors. There is a nominal shipping and handling fee of $9.99 plus tax
  • This new warranty policy can also be claimed by customers who have exceeded their replacement limit or their warranty period
  • Our warranty does not cover for any damage to the device/s
  • To obtain a replacement, complete and submit the Screen Protection warranty claim form 

 

Warranty policy for Charging Cables

  • All cables come with 2 years manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer warranty covers:
    - Fraying of the knitted cable
    - Cable stops charging
    - Damaged connectors
  • The Warranty covers all functional aspects of the charging cables under normal use. It does not cover for any damage to the device/s
  • To obtain a replacement, complete and submit the other accessories’ warranty claim form, and return the defective product with all its contents to:

Warranty policy for Charging Solutions

(Charging solutions include: car chargers, wall chargers, wireless chargers and power banks)

  • All products under charging solutions come with 1 to 2 years of manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product. Any problem caused by abuse, misuse, exposure to excessive heat, liquids, or other contaminants is not covered.
  • To obtain a replacement complete and submit the other accessories’ warranty claim form, and return the defective product with all its contents to:

Warranty policy for Phone Cases

  • The manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of the product. The warranty policy excludes normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse or modification of the product.
  • To obtain a replacement complete and submit the other accessories’ warranty claim form.
  • Upon receiving the completed warranty form, we will ship out a replacement.

 

PLEASE NOTE

  • Your warranty period starts from the date of purchase
  • Damaged products due to accidental drops/misuse is not covered under our warranty policy. We do not provide refund for any products
  • The warranty does not cover the replacement of lost or stolen products
  • Should a dispute between Libratel Inc. and the customer arise regarding our replacement policies, the final decision is at the discretion of Libratel Inc.
